Birth Doula

Birth Doula - Add me to your team to access education, prenatal planning, labor, birth & postpartum support. As your Doula you will have access to all of my knowledge and experience around pregnancy, birth, postpartum, movement, supplementation, mental, emotional & physical wellness & all of the tools to help you achieve your desired birth outcome. This package typically includes one prenatal appointment, labor & birth on call support after 36 weeks, & one postpartum debrief. Additional postpartum support shifts can be added at an hourly rate & as available. $$

Fitness "Tune Up"

Want to meet with a fitness professional, but don't want to commit to a full personal training contract or gym membership? Schedule a one hour session with me to discuss your exercise and wellness routine. Our session can include any of the following (I cannot guarantee all of these services within one session):

- Assessment of form, posture & footwear

- Assessment of injuries & non-invasive treatment guidance

- Injury prevention & safe movement education

- Supplementation education & consult

- Prehab services as needed, included cupping, massage, muscle scraping, KT tape, banding, isometric movement & more

-Perinatal fitness education & consultation

-Referral to higher level of care & education

Integration Coaching

Integration Coaching - In person or virtual 1 hour session with me as your integration coach. What are your goals, hopes and dreams? What are your barriers to success? Integration and shadow work involves discussing and processing life topics like physical, emotional and mental wellness, nutritional and environmental considerations, creative, relational and spiritual wellness. My goal in these sessions is to provide you tools, encouragement and insight to help you navigate your personal journey more effectively and confidently.$50/hour

Resin Keepsakes

I offer resin preservation & keepsake options using materials of your choice to include but not limited to breastmilk, placenta, dried flowers & cremation or aquamation remains. We will work together to create a unique & customized item(s) that match your style & your story.

Placenta Encapsulation

I will process and encapsulate your placenta for your personal use using appropriate, food-safe methods of encapsulation. This service requires communication, coordination and prior agreement. Frozen placentas can be encapsulated so long as they have been properly stored and frozen for no longer than 6 months. Please review contract to understand more of the requirements for safe placenta processing.

Speaking Engagements

I am available for local or virtual events to speak on topics and matters which mean the most to me, and which I am most educated and skilled in. Example topics include childbirth, military service (Naval aviation), Doula work, pregnancy and postpartum, death and grief, mental health, alternative therapies and psychedelic medicine, deconstruction and decolonization, motherhood, multiples (twins, triplets), allopathic/homeopathic medicine, PTSD, depression, anxiety, postpartum mental health, perspective as white, American, female.
