Birth Doula
Birth Doula - Add me to your team to access education, prenatal planning, labor, birth & postpartum support. As your Doula you will have access to all of my knowledge and experience around pregnancy, birth, postpartum, movement, supplementation, mental, emotional & physical wellness & all of the tools to help you achieve your desired birth outcome. This package typically includes one prenatal appointment, labor & birth on call support after 36 weeks, & one postpartum debrief. Additional postpartum support shifts can be added at an hourly rate & as available. $$
Postpartum & Infant Care
I join you in your home during your immediate postpartum time to help provide care and support to you and your newborn. Postpartum Doulas can be expected to offer support and care for parents, babies and siblings. Doulas assist in recovering from birth, cesarean recovery, basic wound care and health care, nutrition, light cleaning, meal prep and sleep support. Parent and baby must be present in the home during shifts. Doulas can help provide guidance and support regarding safe sleep, feeding, transportation, development, culturally sensitive practices and connecting to advanced support for any of these areas. $40/hour
Integration Coaching
Integration Coaching - In person or virtual 1 hour session with me as your integration coach. What are your goals, hopes and dreams? What are your barriers to success? Integration and shadow work involves discussing and processing life topics like physical, emotional and mental wellness, nutritional and environmental considerations, creative, relational and spiritual wellness. My goal in these sessions is to provide you tools, encouragement and insight to help you navigate your personal journey more effectively and confidently.$50/hour
